The City has developed a Technical Guideline for Infrastructure Design, which provides design criteria, requirements and procedures for designers who undertake engineering design either on behalf of the City or for developments where public infrastructure is to be gifted to the City.
A draft version of the technical Guidelines is provided at the following link(PDF, 8MB) for industry review. This document is available for review and comment until 9am AEST Monday 14 October, 2024. Any comments on this document shall be sent through via email to Daniel Stewart at daniel.stewart@chcc.nsw.gov.au.
If there is sufficient interest from the industry, the City is willing to hold an information session to answer any question or provide further explanation of the content of the document. If you would like to attend an information session, please advise Daniel Stewart at daniel.stewart@chcc.nsw.gov.au prior to Friday 27 September 2024.
A suite of standard drawings for engineering design are currently being prepared. These drawings will be released for industry review in the near future.
