Bonville Beach Bonville Beach is not patrolled. Being surrounded by Bongil Bongil National Park there are no dogs allowed.
Campbells Beach Usually a steep and narrow beach fronted by a continuous attached bar. You can walk your dog off lead on this unpatrolled beach.
Charlesworth Bay Beach A beautiful secluded bay with a relatively protected north-east facing beach. This beach is not patrolled. Dogs are allowed on lead.
Corindi / Pipeclay Beach Corindi / Pipecaly Beach is located near the growing town of Corindi. Dogs are allowed on lead north of Ocean Street and leash free to the south. This beach is not patrolled.
Darkum Beach This long sandy beach running adjacent to Darkum Creek is not patrolled. Dogs are allowed off lead.
Diggers Beach Beautiful Diggers Beach is a great spot for swimming, surfing, fishing and birdwatching. Patrolled during the Christmas, Easter and September school holidays.
Emerald Beach Emerald Beach is a popular surf and swimming beach patrolled during the summer school holidays. Dogs are allowed off leash north of Fiddamans Creek.
Fiddamans Beach Energetic and potentially hazardous beach located between Bare Bluff in the north and the smaller Diggers Point in the south.
Gallows Beach The Gallows surf break is located out on Corambirra Point at the northern end of Boambee Beach. Not patrolled.
Hearnes Lake Beach This unpatrolled beach curves to the south of Flat Rock Point for 2km to the next reef-tied foreland. Dogs allowed off lead.
Jetty Beach Popular beach close to the Coffs Harbour CBD, it has an accessible beach ramp and free beach wheelchairs for hire. Patrolled during the peak of the summer holidays.
Korora Beach Located in the small Korora Bay this is a lovely, quiet, non-patrolled beach. Dogs allowed on lead.
Little Diggers Beach Backed by densely vegetated 40m high bluffs, Little Diggers can be accessed by walking up the beach from the southern carparks.
Moonee Beach One of the longest beaches in the area, this unpatrolled beach is popular with fishers and surfers. Dogs allowed on lead.
Mullawarra Beach This is an unpatrolled beach squeezed in between Arrawarra and Mullaway. Also know as Ocean View Beach. Dogs allowed on lead.

Opal Cove Beach Also known as Hills Beach. A steep, reflective beach that extends for 600m to the sandy tombolo that separates it from adjoining Korora Beach.

Safety Beach Long sandy beach located near the mouth of Darkum Creek. Not patrolled, dogs allowed on lead.
Sandy Beach Lovely beach with a shady reserve running along it's length. Patrolled by lifeguards during summer.
Sapphire Beach Sapphire Beach is not patrolled, but nearby kids playground and cafe still make this a lovely beach to visit. Dogs allowed on lead.
Sawtell Beach North (Murrays Beach) Dogs are allowed on leash on the northern end of Sawtell Beach. The headlands are popular for watching the migrating whales and taking in the incredible coastline views.
Sawtell Main Beach Sawtell Beach is patrolled from September to April. Vehicles are permitted to launch and retrieve boats and to park on the beach.
Shelly Beach A moderately protected beach located between Dammerels Head and Look At Me Now Headland. Not patrolled.
Woolgoolga Back Beach This upatrolled beach south of the Woolgoolga headland is a popular fishing spot. Dogs allowed off leash.
