Jetty Foreshores land management

The Jetty Foreshores precinct includes land owned by Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) on behalf of the NSW Government, as well as Crown Land and Road Reserves managed by the City of Coffs Harbour (the City). 

The City manages and maintains infrastructure and services on the land it manages, including maintaining green spaces and roads. City Rangers conduct regular patrols on City managed land to enforce rules around illegal camping and engage with those experiencing homelessness. 

PDNSW are responsible for the day-to-day management of PDNSW owned land at the Jetty Foreshores precinct including maintaining infrastructure like the gravel carpark north of Marina Drive, enforcing illegal camping rules and engaging with those experiencing homelessness.
