Council meetings

At the 13 February 2025 Council meeting, Council resolved to adopt a revised Code of Meeting Practice commencing 1 March 2025. A key change was the adoption of Clause 3.2 which states that Council shall, by resolution, set the frequency, time, date and place of its ordinary meetings. At the 27 February 2025 Council Meeting, Council resolved the following meetings schedule until 30 June 2025.

Meetings commence immediately following the Public Forum (if held) which commences at 5.00pm. The following are the scheduled dates for up-coming meetings.

Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers (River Oak Room), Level 3 Yarrila Place, 27 Gordon Street, Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450.

The Council Chambers will be open from 4:45pm. 

There is no longer any requirement to register or get a ticket to attend Council Meetings.
