Come in to our brand new Customer Service Centre at Yarrila Place, 27 Gordon St Coffs Harbour, where our friendly customer service team can help you with most routine payments and issues.

We are open between 9am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday (closed on Public Holidays).

Council Chambers are also located at this address should you wish to attend a Council Meeting

Bins and bulky goods vouchers

We can't help you with bulky goods vouchers. You need to contact Coffs Coast Waste Services on 1800 265 495 who will mail them out to you. 

We also can't help you with missing bins or missed rubbish collection enquiries. You need to contact Coffs Coast Waste Services 1800 265 495
