Draft Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 – Amendment No 29 (North Boambee Valley West Masterplan) and draft North Boambee Valley West Contributions Plan
Council at its Ordinary meeting of 12 May 2022 resolved to extend the public exhibition of the draft amendment to Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan (DCP) 2015 to make minor amendments to Part G8A North Boambee Valley West to remove the detention basin from the Masterplan in Part G8A.1 and include an additional control regarding flooding in Part G8A.2.
As a consequence of this amendment the North Boambee Valley West Contributions Plan has also been reviewed and updated. In addition to the changes required to the larger detention basin further work was conducted on the design and costings to the transport components of the plan.
The exhibition period is from 16 May 2022 to 5pm 30 May 2022.

The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 requires Council to provide public access to information held unless there are overriding public interest considerations against disclosure. Any submissions received will be made publicly available unless the writer can demonstrate that the release of part or all of the information would not be in the public interest. However, Council would be obliged to release information as required by court order or other specific law.
Written submissions must be accompanied, where relevant, by a “Disclosure Statement of Political Donations and Gifts” in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government and Planning Legislation Amendment (Political Donations) Act 2008 No. 44. Disclosure forms are available from Council’s Customer Service Section or on Council’s website www.coffsharbour.nsw.gov.au/disclosurestatement.
