Pursuant to section 7.4 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979, the City has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) relating to development application 0254/24DA - 55’s manufactured housing estate including, infrastructure upgrades and bulk-earthworks, establishment of 180 dwelling sites and 10 caravan parking spots, construction of a clubhouse and community areas, construction of stormwater detention and water quality basins on Lot 11, Solitary Island Way, Moonee Beach.
