Pursuant to section 7.4 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979, the City has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) relating to development application 0020/23DA - housing for seniors and people with a disability – demolition of existing dwellings, construct 7 units at Lot 11 Sec O DP 17053 & Lot 12 Sec O DP 17053 & Lot 1 DP 532457, 36 and 40 Walter Morris Close, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450 (Development Site).
